The MGM Grand is part of what Las Vegas is all about. They have a large poker room and I always enjoy playing while visiting there. They host several different kinds of games with daily tournaments.
For cash no limit Texas Holdem games they have a beginners which is $50c/$1. The other daily cash games are $1 - $2, $2 - $5, and occasionally $5 - $10. They will seat for larger games if there is an interest. For limit games they host a daily $2 - $4, $3 - $6, with an occasional $4 - $8 or $6 - $12.
They run tournaments 7 days a week for your enjoyment. They have a tournament at 11:05 am everyday of the week with a buy in of $65. They also have a 7:05 pm tournament with a buy in of $80 which is held Sunday – Thursday.
The one thing they currently do not offer is a high hand or jackpot payout unlike most of the other casino’s. Regardless they are still one of the best on the strip.
